  Chicken does taste good so far some serious weird portion issue , missing fountain drink both Pepsi water 7 up is water (checked every drink) being told multiple they will fix never did anything saying will be done waited for longer , asked if could somehow get bottle drink have to pay thats ok passed will take 2 minute and 10 minute later yeah just screw it got nothing to drink whole meal and even after just left and no in two minute nobody was doing anything also nobody in line, staff were slowly calmy moving so like wth Chicken taste good , but some weird and annoying issue as they dont really keep things right which never really happened in other fast food place or fixed as they would tell the customer ,but nope not here just wait 1 hour in total later I’m out, from reading a few other review here maybe even ordering online is bad idea unfortunately so will maybe try again 6 month from now and see if things of changed for now worried smt will alway be wrong or wont be able to get what payed for and will be told to wait for absolutely nothing even when everything is very calm . Hopefully everything works out

  Self-serve cashier not working. Nobody at the cashier. When I’m about to walk out two people ask me if I want something, it’s the staff that has been watching me from a table and finally decided to say something. The ice machine doesn’t work. There’s no root beer. The orange drink tastes weird. There are three dirty tables, though the place is quite empty and movement slow. It’s a fast food place but it could be so much better with different management. And the food is what it is: nothing to talk home about, though not horrible.

  kiosks not working, nothing is ready, food cooked to order so its fresh but at the cost of your time. staff acting like they're also confused as to why we're there. beverages served warm.

  We made an online order and paid Two hours later nothing. We tried calling and the number is unavailable. We had to drive there to get a refund. Very unprofessional
