  I am leaving this review up because I want people to know what a good response to a complaint is. A Manager , Jonathon, call me about my experience. I found it refreshing to have someone listen to my concerns and not make excuses for what happened. A simple well meant apology goes a long way with me. Thanks for the the great customer service and I will be a returning customer again. I ordered from your rue St. Jacques location. I ordered Fish and chips and an upgrade to poutine, $21 plus tax/tip I thought very expensive but it will be good as their chicken. Totally wrong when I opened the huge box I found two small over cooked and greasy fish fillets. The poutine consisted of some fries cold chunks of cheese and a container of barely warm gravy the only thing that was good was the creamy coleslaw. I paid $7 each for the 3 things never again, I am disgusted by what I was sent.
