On m’a refusé ma commande parce que je n’avais pas ma pièce d’identité, alors que rien n’indiquait, ni sur l’application ni au moment du paiement, qu’une carte d’identité serait nécessaire pour la récupérer. J’ai pourtant proposé plusieurs preuves claires : mon numéro de téléphone et la carte de crédit utilisée pour payer, mais tout a été refusé. Résultat : je n’ai eu ni ma commande, ni de remboursement. Je comprends les vérifications de sécurité, mais Subway n’est pas une institution gouvernementale pour exiger une pièce d’identité sans avertir le client à l’avance. Une politique plus claire et un peu de bon sens auraient évité toute cette situation.

- NVNaomie VictorMay 28, 20251.0Je ne me gêne pas pour dire que la caissière de couleur noire (je ne me gênerai pas, car je suis noire!! faut préciser qu'il y en a deux, une à temps partiel cheveux court et une autre cheveux rallonge) Prenons en compte dans ce texte que nous parlons de celle au cheveux RALLONGE. Je n'ai jamais vu un service à la clientèle aussi mauvais.... pas 1x, pas 2x, pas 3x. À chaque fois sans hésiter!!! Lorsqu'on reçois des clients ont dit "bonjour-allo-salut" tout ce que tu voudras mais pas "oui!?" Rouler des yeux, lorsqu'on demande un extra n'est pas nécessaire. Ce qui me désole le plus c'est qu'elle travaille souvent, donc malheureusement à chaque fois qu'elle y est je ne met plus les pieds labas je vais au dominos juste à côté. À voir les autres commentaires ce restos perd beaucoup de clients à cause d'elle.
