J’ai passé une commande à emporter comprenant un seau de 10 morceaux, 2 wraps, une poutine, une sauce et un sandwich, mais en rentrant chez moi, je me suis rendu compte que le sandwich (burger) manquait complètement.
De plus, le poulet était beaucoup trop salé, et super huileux au point d’être désagréable à manger. Les wraps étaient également incorrects il n’y avait pas de tomates, alors qu’elles sont censées être incluses et les morceaux de poulet étaient super petits.
C’est très décevant, surtout pour une commande aussi importante. Veuillez mieux vérifier les commandes avant de les remettre aux clients et assurer une qualité constante des produits. J’attends mieux de la part de KFC.
I ordered food online for pickup over a week ago. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order was no longer available because the restaurant had been very busy earlier, and that I would need to wait another hour for it to be prepared again.
I understand that rushes happen, but I ordered ahead because I needed to eat at that moment, not an hour later. I asked for a refund, which should have been simple.
Instead, the cook disappeared, came back, handed me a phone, and had me speak to a manager who started the call with “How are you today?” … completely unnecessary given the situation.
I only wanted a refund, and a week later, I still haven’t received it.
Very disappointing experience, poor handling of a simple issue, and unacceptable customer service.

Commandé sur uber eats avec mon compagnon et très déçu de ce qu’on a reçu. J’ai commandé un wraps qui devait avoir de ma légumes et être un peu plus garnis que juste 2 pauvre poulet frit et de la sauce. Paye 30 dollar pour 2 mini burger et un mauvais wraps mal fait c’est franchement du vol. Très déçu de cette expérience. Je recommande pas du tout cette endroits.

This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. The two women at the cash barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed from the start. When I ordered, I asked for my receipt since the meal was for a company expense, and I was told “you don’t need your receipt.”
While waiting, I heard them tell an Uber Eats driver that the wait would be long because there was no chicken ready. I then asked how long my order would take and was told it would take even longer because I was dining in and they had to serve all the Uber orders first.
When I finally received my food, I asked for the receipt again and was told “it’s too late now.” On top of that, the chicken wasn’t crispy at all: soggy and disappointing.
The atmosphere was horrible. Even though the restaurant is brand new, it felt uncomfortable and poorly managed, to the point where I didn’t even want to eat there and ended up taking my food home.
Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly managed. I won’t be coming back.

Been to many kfc around the world now. The kfc in Montreal ( Mont royal) on papineau street is a total mess! Service is bad, they show a promotion but when you order they tell you its out of stock ! The chicken wraps i took came directly in a paper bag without even being wrapped up with a paper or something. They also have a fountain system for fizzy drinks which was not working well, i got my soft drink without the bubbles..when i asked if i can get get a can instead, he refused! I wonder how the h this place still operates! After reading these reviews i wonder why kfc hasn’t done anything yet
