This prevents from ordering completely. Seems counterintuitive when you're paying staff to be there. Also that prevents us from having the best deals online.

- LCLP CortezNov 21, 20251.0I kept coming back to this kfc branch for the food despite the service being ridiculously bad. Tonight was a nightmare. I was standing and waiting for my order for over 30 mins while staffs are chatting inside the kitchen. I followed up my order for several times because I noticed that costumers who ordered after me has already left. On my last attempt to follow up my order i noticed that the staff just took out the onion rings from the freezer and just start cooking, when I ask the staff if it’s my order the staff confirmed that it was my order. I requested to speak to the manager for a refund and initially according to them they don’t do a refund. So i insist and left with my refund. To add to this, the drink dispenser was water log and the reservoir was overflowing, If my partner did not alerted them they won’t even do anything.
