I paid 25$ for cold dry food and burned turnovers. When we complained to the staff he wouldn't exchange them because he said they were all the same...he reimbursed me for turnovers. There were a couple of tables with loud obnoxious teens who were fighting and throwing chairs. When we went to complain to employees they did nothing. My friend was ready to call cops..I was afraid for my safety. Honestly customer service is totally lacking bordering on rude and we were made to feel insignificant. We're paying ridiculous amounts of money for substandard food and service. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER return to this location. A woman that was there pulled me aside and said this spot was dangerous and service has always been horrible. She lives nearby and doesn't drive so she goes there because there isn't anything else close by. If there were she wouldn't keep coming back.
