J’ai demandée gentillement que les frites sois frais pour ma poutine puis des le moments j’ai demander on m’a regardé croche toute la staff ma mal regardé quand on m’a donner ma commande c la fille avec le téléphone sur la job aucun respect elle a lancer la commande sur la table puis j’ai demander une sauce habanero on me crie dessus on me dit paye 60 sous😂😂 sa fait 20ans je suis à cartierville depuis j’ai 8ans je vais a de mcdo mais le pire c’était j’ai payer la sauce avec 1$ puis on me retourne 40 sous comme si je les veux de McDo extrêmement manque de respect aucun respect personne c’est comment agir avec des clients puis il utilisent le téléphone sur la job

Probably the worst McDonald's in Montreal. Just painfully slow, and smells like a urinal. The men's bathroom urinal is broken, and you can smell it from the dinning area.

Deserves even no stars at all , like all macdonalds never fresh or satisfying anymore but this one is complete trash o received the food cold and disgusting ignored the extra sauce

I visited this McDonald’s on December 7th, 2025, at approximately 10:24 PM through the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the intercom, there was no greeting, just a few seconds of silence. Then, suddenly, there was a loud scream coming through the speaker, followed by silence again. I said “hello” multiple times to make sure everything was okay, but received no response at first.
When an employee finally answered, she greeted me while loudly laughing, joking, and interacting with her coworkers. Even as she said, “May I take your order?” she continued shouting and laughing in the background, clearly not focused on assisting me as a customer. At that point, I simply closed my window and drove away.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Working at a fast-food restaurant, regardless of age or wage, is not an excuse for rude or careless behaviour. Employees represent the business, and customer service should reflect that.
I am not sure whether this location is corporate owned or franchised, but I hope management or ownership takes this feedback seriously. I have also contacted head office to file a formal complaint.
