  The person who took my order, who seemed to be the manager, had an unpleasant attitude. When I politely asked about a missing sauce, she touched my food with her hands, which was really disgusting. The lack of hygiene was unacceptable, and unfortunately, I had to throw away my meal. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

  I don’t want to scare anyone, but this experience genuinely changed the way I feel about eating outside. On December 22nd, my partner and I ate at this location. This was our first and only meal of the day. Within a few hours, we both developed headaches, followed by fever, chills, and severe gastrointestinal symptoms that lasted close to a week. From the moment we arrived, the place did not feel clean or well-managed. The overall hygiene standards appeared questionable, the service took longer than usual, and even small details (such as basic equipment not being properly maintained) raised concerns. This location seems to be run by a rotating group of student employees, and unfortunately, this experience made it very hard for me to trust that proper hygiene standards are consistently enforced here. I cannot state with absolute certainty what caused our illness, but given the timing, the severity of the symptoms, and the fact that this was our only meal, the experience was deeply alarming. This incident left me with lasting anxiety about eating out. Our health is not something to gamble with, and for me, this was a breaking point.

  Nous sommes arrivés au drivethru où il est AFFICHÉ le McValeur à moins de 4$. Mind you, it was displayed on the first and second displays. Et quand je fais la commande, la personne nous a dit que le choix Hamburger au Fromage de Luxe ne faisait pas partie des choix PENDANT QUE C’EST AFFICHÉ devant nous!! J’essaie de faire comprendre que c’est affiché, elle a commencé à s’énerver et m’interrompre sans me laisser la chance de lui dire que ma commande correspond à ce qui s’affichait. J’ai demandé de parler à un manager, il s’avère que la fille était la manager. Très arrogante mais en plus de ça elle ne connait pas le menu (promotion ou pas) de l’endroit où elle travaille. Très mauvais service!! Finalement, elle a passé la commande par une autre employée beaucoup plus calme. P.S: When I took my phone, guess what ad I saw? McDonald’s ad advertising the exact same 4$ and less Mc Value sandwiches that I was ordering that apparently they didn’t know nothing about smh
