Ordered delivery.. paid by CC. never came, 2 hours passed, no updates msg or call from the resto. nobody answered the phone. Resto is now closed and I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to go in person, complain, and get refunded. Oh and figure out what to eat for dinner tonight.
Never again.

I like this new location!
The chicken as it should ,the staff is new but efficient . I would highly recommended for KFC fans 👏

Hmmm.. the self-serve kiosk were defective, the bathroom was out of order... And the restaurant smelled like an out of order bathroom ... If you know what I mean 🫣 The only saving grace is that they cooked up a fresh fried chicken for me, but I kind of lost my appetite because of the smell.

Very disappointed with the KFCs online ordering system. I made a simple order at our office location to arrive at 12:15PM today. I placed the order more than 2 hours in advance for the office, it has almost been an hour and no food has arrived. I have called the Notre Dame O location 8 times, left multiple voicemails and asked for an update, and have received nothing. No call back, no update, and still food has not arrived. Really disappointed that we have bene kept in the dark, and the app will not even let me cancel my order because it says to call the support number which I have already called 8 times. Will never make this mistake again and will not order from here again.

Have never seen such a lazy staff at any restaurant, they keep waiting customer and delivery drivers as well…should have given the right information.
