    Disastrous experience Let me preface this by saying this is a new location, but it doesn't excuse the poor experience I made an order for pick up so I could get there and grab my food rather than wait on site. I placed an order at 1720H (5:20PM) It was estimated to be ready around 1736H (5:36PM) - I arrived at 1740H (5:40PM) and headed to the ''mobile pickup'' counter, as per the email. After 20 minutes of waiting, and a growing waiting line, I asked if my order was still in preparation, after which the girl at the cash register asked to look at the order details on my phone, and then manually punched the order on the terminal That's when I understood the online orders are not adequately synced with the restaurant - this happened to at least 3 other people while I was waiting - people can make orders online but the restaurant doesn't actually receive the requests, so they don't prepare them as they don't know they have orders. (Note that this is through the website directly, not through food delivery apps) The preparation time was still very long - after another 30 minutes of wait time, I finally got my order, and left at 1836H (6:36PM) - in the meantime, newer customers (customers that came long after me) got their orders first, I highly doubt it takes 30 minutes to cook any specific item on the menu I waited close to an hour for a pick up order. Also, when double checking the contents of my order, the girl said they were out of a specific dipping sauce I selected for my order, minor detail, but still, the order I received was not exactly the one I paid for My own experience is limited to this event, but as I was waiting for nearly an hour, I was witness to multiple other issues from other customers as well: - The ice machine wasn't working (no ice) - The drinks machine is not carbonating the drinks (a client said she tried every single flavour and none were carbonated, all flat) - The self-serve terminals (I think there are 3 or 4) were all out of service - The ''now serving'' screen was not functional The girl at the cash register was very polite, patient and apologetic but there was definitely some friction with the rest of the team Once again, I understand this is a brand new location, but this was an extremely poor experience. I'm hopeful things can only get better (I can't imagine things getting worse) with time but I don't think I'll go back. The food was okay at best - some were freshly cooked, other items were clearly older batches (extremely dry inside and out) - definitely not worth the hassle and wait time. At this time, I do not recommend going there - if I ever go back, I'll make sure to properly adjust this review ★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 stars

    Très bon service chez PFK ! L’équipe est super accueillante, le service est rapide et la bouffe est vraiment bonne 👌 Tout était propre et bien organisé. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience, j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Merci à toute l’équipe !

    great staff. food kind of nasty though. why chicken has no batter and slimy. undercooked. very gross wont come back. paid over 25$ for undercooked chicken. not cool or halalel. They say t s but why serve nasty food slimy and no batter. Very strange
