On me dit que la commande est annulée alors qu'elle est encore active dans mon application (j'ai un numéro de commande, une heure de livraison et L'ARGENT A ÉTÉ PRISE DE MON COMPTE BANCAIRE). l'employée était très malpolie et nous a raccrocher au nez 2 fois lorsque nous avons essayer de l'appeler. De plus, il m'est impossible de moi même annuler la commande en ligne et de me faire rembourser. l'employée n'a même pas essayer de m'expliquer la situation. Elle me disait juste que ma commande était annuler et ne voulais pas m'écouter. J'ai attendu plus d'une heure et, de plus, je ne peux pas me faire rembourser.
