What I saw was that their staff behaved very badly and they served the food very late and the quality of the food was very bad which is not what we can say in Canada. The staff's behavior is very bad....I hope the Subway management will look into this matter...

The male employee working at night was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted as if he was annoyed by the customers. He is from Middle East (Arab) He touched the food without gloves, kept using his phone while preparing my order, and had no concern for hygiene at all. On top of that, he started shouting and raising his voice for no reason. The level of service and cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I really hope management takes action immediately.
