- MAMohammed Abdulqawi4 days ago1.0This was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway during the evening shift. The male employee working at night was extremely rude, disrespectful, and acted as if he was annoyed by the customers. He is from Middle East (Arab) He touched the food without gloves, kept using his phone while preparing my order, and had no concern for hygiene at all. On top of that, he started shouting and raising his voice for no reason. The level of service and cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I really hope management takes action immediately.
