He informed me that the oven wasn’t working, but thanks to his warm smile😀, reassuring gestures, and professional attitude, I immediately said it wasn’t a problem. He was very helpful and knew how to handle unexpected situations calmly. On the other hand, the young woman with him was much less pleasant🤬. She spoke as if she were the manager,🤬🤬 made unfriendly facial expressions😒, and despite there being many customers, she walked into the kitchen!!!!, which gave the impression of some disorganization. I’d give her -2 stars if I could
