First issue was a missing item in my order, was surprised to pickup only one bag so I asked the person at the pickup counter who assured me everything was there - which was not the case. I then spent about an hour later that day trying to get a refund for the missing items and was stuck in an endless loop of Chat Bots and emails. Today, I passed an online order, recieved an email confirming it was being prepared, only to be told at the counter at the pickup time that my order had been cancelled. I have only 30 minutes for lunch and had to pickup something at a nearby gas station.
