A un moment j'ai meme du dire que son attituede nous stressait carrement. Il a insulté mon amie dans sa langue. A lancer nos sandwich. On a repeter 3x qu'on ne voulais pas le faire griller. Il ne nous entendais pas et ne nous comprenait pas. Il a grillé quand meme. Grosse musique hip hop vulgaire a tue-tete. Une autre cliente accompagnée de son pere d'un certain age a demandé poliment de baisser la musique. Aucuns des 3 employés n'a obtempérer. On a ressenti de la provocation. Je suis aller au comptoir apres 10min pour demander a nouveau de baisser la musique. La cliente a du leur crier car ils n'entendaient pas ou ne voulait pas entendre. J'ai pris en video lorsque les employés qui dansaient derrière le comptoir sans se soucier des clients. J'aimerais acheminer les video au responsable. C'est du jamais vu le niveau de manque de respect.
