L’employé, lui, était en terrasse improvisée : clope au bec, téléphone collé à l’oreille, café Tim Hortons à la main. J’ai eu l’impression d’assister à une pause syndicale en plein désert. Personne ne m’a adressé un regard. J’ai fini par partir, affamé, et un peu plus lucide sur le service client ici. Bravo.
