  Bonjour, Je suis sincèrement déçue de ce Subway de la façon qu'ils traitent les personnes âgées. Samedi le 14 février 2026. Jour de la St-Valentin. 2 personnes âgées viennent pour manger et discuter ensuite elles se présentent à la salle de bain mais c'était brisée. Alors elles se présentent au comptoir et demandent gentimemt la clé pour aller aux toilettes des employés impossible d'avoir la clé. Leur raison ils n'avaient pas la fameuse clé. Pauvres dames. En 2026 pas avoir de toilettes pour les clients c'est impensable !!!! Surtout pour les personnes âgées j'en reviens pas. Vous pouvez être certains que plus jamais j'y retournerai.

  It's so fun to get ripped off by the manager. I got 1 x 12" and 1 x 6" both with grilled chicken. After I paid, I realized the price is higher than usual so I ask for the receipt, when I get the receipt I see that I got charged for the teriyaki chicken on both sandwiches which is 3$ more for the 12". When I ask him why I got charged for the teriyaki chicken he proceeded to successfully gaslight me into thinking that all the chicken types are the same price. I was in a hurry so I didn't insist more and taught maybe they changed the prices. Of course when I got home and checked their menu online he indeed hustled me and made me pay for the most expensive chicken when I took the cheapest. Never had a bad experience at this store before when I got served by the employees, so nice to get ripped off by the manager.
