  J’ai marché 15 minutes dans le froid pour récupérer un sandwich parce que c’est marqué que il ferme à minuit mais finalement à 23h53 sont déjà fermés. Quel niaisage?

  I used to be a regular... Seems new management under "Jami" and Victor at the front, this review comes as a regular and former subway employee: manager closes store early, 2hrs defies corporate sign lol and takes online orders and does not hand you the food,so you payed 40$ and drove 20 min for 2 sandwiches, angry abit...you say might as well come the next day, you show up, they don't even check your order number, admit they closed early and tell you come back 48hrs later with your bank statement to eat ... After showing proof of withdraw and bill even suggested calling the cops with bill in hand...Discrace of leadership management and customer service rude dissmissive, could have resolved it in a million way, so much HR flaggs here ...holds the ladder side ways no disregard for the trouble they cause or a logic restitution of the situation of getting what I paid for would have been the least understanding apology for the mess but not headed inexperienced management with 0 cust skills 🤢🤮 and witnessed Victor front cash lie to customer not to give them free sub with 50$ coupon , customer was right sadly employee seem lazy and don't want to follow procedure and run their kingdom
