- LRLory RapaMay 6, 20231.0Nous avons reçue des coupons par la poste pour obtenir des rabais lors de nos achat chez Subway. Je commende 3/ 12 pouces a 25,99$ et 6 biscuits à 3,49$. La jeunes dame a la caisse me dit que les coupons ne sont pas valide et ne peux pas appliquer les rabais. Les coupons sont bon du 24 avril au 11 juin 2023. Elle me demande de payer 50$pour ma commande. Elle a une attitude très désagréable et me pousse le sac avec ma commande pratiquement au visage. Elle semblais frustrer de ne pas être capable d’appliquer les rabais. Je suis le client et si elle a un problème à appliquer les rabais ce n’est pas mon problème. Elle manque définitivement de formation mais surtout de tact vis à vis les clients elle ne devrais pas agir ainsi. Je suis aller le 5 mai à 17h20. Si vous avez des caméras je vous suggère de les regarder car vos clients ne viendrons pas avec des employés mal former et impolis. Pour ma part je préfère aller plus loins et faire mes achats dans une autre succursale. Merci,
