The three staff members working around 10 PM on October 26 kept walking past me several times, chatting and laughing, without acknowledging me. Eventually, I asked if I could place my order, and only then did one of them look at me and say I had to wait another minute. I completely understand if the staff are busy — I don’t mind waiting — but please don’t ignore customers. At least let us know how long we’ll need to wait to order.
