- JJJulieOct 9, 20251.0I had to write this review because one of the staff members behaved in a RAICIST and ignorant way. As soon as he saw me, he greeted me with “Nihao” which I’m not Chinese. Considering this shop is in Old Quebec and faces travellers from everywhere, I found this is very unprofessional. After that, when I asked about the size of the bowl, he started speaking to me as if I couldn’t understand English, even though I had been speaking fluent English the entire time. The whole experience was ridiculous, and it made me feel disrespected. On top of that, the ice cream itself was not worth the price at all. Honestly, If I knew, I’d rather go to a store and buy a bucket of Ben & Jerry’s than spend money here. One star for this shop feels too generous. if I could give zero stars, I would.
