Le personnel n’a même pas pris la peine de toaster le pain, ce qui a rendu les sandwichs froids et peu appétissants. En plus, la quantité de fromage et de sauce était très limitée, ce qui a donné des sandwichs secs et sans goût. Par ailleurs, mes instructions de personnalisation ont été totalement ignorées : le choix du pain et des garnitures pour les wraps était incorrect. J’ai eu l’impression que ma commande n’avait pas été prise en considération. En bref, c’était l’une de mes visites les plus décevantes chez Subway, et je suis reparti frustré et insatisfait.
