I specifically asked for battered chicken in my Pad Thai, but the staff member kept repeating ābutter chickenā (just because Iām Indian). I even wrote it down to make it clearer, but he still said they donāt have it. This was frustrating because other Thai Express locations have understood this request before. Next, while placing my order, he didnāt even ask if I wanted my Pad Thai spicy ā something every other branch normally asks. I reminded him before paying that I wanted it spicy, but when my food came, it wasnāt spicy at all. When I pointed it out, his response was, āThere is sriracha sauce over there.ā Honestly, if I wanted to rely on bottled sriracha, Iād go for Mexican food, not Thai. On top of that, the dish itself was disappointing. It was basically just noodles and bean sprouts with one piece of tofu. No green onions, no salted radish, nothing close to what the menu describes. Iāve attached a photo for reference ā it was far from the quality Iāve had at other Thai Express locations. Overall, poor service, lack of understanding, and low-quality food compared to whatās advertised. Definitely not the standard I expect from Thai Express.
