Le préposé ne semblait pas connaître le menu et, malgré la présence de 2 autres collègues, il me demandait de lui dire combien de tranches de viande il devait mettre. Au final, je n’ai pas eu mon extra viande. Je lui ai mentionné, mais m’a affirmé qu’il l’avait mis. Il faut savoir que lorsque je vais au Subway, je prends toujours la même chose. Et lors de cette visite, non, il n’a pas mis l’extra viande. Une fois à la caisse, j’ai demandé si un micro-ondes était disponible. Mais la caissière ne comprenait pas du tout ce que je voulais! Le pain n’était pas frais du tout. Il était très sec.
