- VLVincent LoMar 25, 20264.0I went there not really knowing what I'll eat. Then I saw their 8.99$ daily special and ordered it. The lady who served me was nice, sociable and even proposed me to order a 12 inch for a small difference in price. However, she didn't know the exact price, and since I wasn't that hungry I just took a 6 inch. The cashier (a man) took the time to greet me and realized after that she made the wrong sandwich. Instead of taking it back and remake it he asked if I minded. He still charged me the special price and on top of that, he offered me a free cookie. Sometimes it takes a small gesture and just a nice smile to make someone enjoy their experience. I don't often go to that subway but I had a great experience!

Lire une commande savez-vous comment faire ça ? J'ai commandé un végé délice 12" 👀UN SOUS-MARIN FROID AVEC JUSTE DES LEGUMES DEDANS!!!Pis vous trouvez quand même le moyens de scrapper ça!! 🤣 EXTRA FROMAGE, sel / poivre.. On m'envoie une cochonnerie.. presque pas de salade.. une montagne d'oignons.. 2 slices de tomates.. 😑 pas d'extra fromage, pas de sel et poivre !! Une gros 12" d'oignons et mayonnaise avec des vieilles tranches de cheddar séchées. Y'a pas de gérant là-dedans ?! Formez vos employés comme il faut svp!! Au moins assurez vous donc qu'ils sachent lire une commande!!
