There was a mistake in my order and the woman refused to help and refused to let me speak to the manager so that I could fix my problem. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude with me, could not understand French or English, she hung up on me several times as I tried to ask for the manager and refused to let me speak to any other employee. The order was placed online for a pick up and on top of this it took her over 30 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. Will never come back here again.
