- SPSamarth PatelNov 12, 20253.0I get coffee from McDonald's every single day for the past 10 Years and the service from the employees is always good. Although I have cut back on spending by 80% now due to decrease in taste and health benefits. But there was a problem today where the seal of the coffee cap was broken. I'm not sure how this was missed by the person serving this. However I ignored this once but has happened twice now. And for the past 10 days there have been coffee grounds at the bottom of the coffee most of the times. This is just not as good as they used to be. It's winter and the coffee cup has to be kept sealed well to keep this warm and lasting. Even Wendy's keep their meals well sealed for the food to be warm for take outs. And the service does not always have to take 10 minutes wait for an order when the store is full of staff. Thank you.

I sat down next to a window so that I could have a view of our beautiful city. When I took a bite, it’s like my whole world went from black and white to rainbows an sunshines. It was the most wonderful, mind-blowing and astonishing first bite. Not to mention, the fries that came with it were scrumptious and had the perfect amount of salt that added a crunch to them. Overall, I had an amazing experience at McDonald’s and I will most definitely be coming back. McBye!
