  Whoever hired the manager and the staff on Sunday January 11th , needs to pay more attention to the staff. The service was absolutely horrific and garbage. I've never had someone make a delivery Driver wait 20 minutes. Then when the manager comes out , lie on behalf of the employee who would rather play the victim and start and argument then do the job. Beyond that lie that I just arrived 2 minutes earlier when I was clearly waiting for 20 minutes with no help or service. Im usually very pleased with this Harveys. But after today's experience. No chance ! More concerned about maintaining a good public image than handling business with respect and kindness. As im typing this, the client is still waiting for the order that isn't ready 25 minutes later. I will emphasize, as respectfully as I can, once more. Whoever hired this manager who talks over someone doing his best to point out that the server ignored him for 10 minutes then gave him attitude then spent the next 10 minutes preparing an order that wasn't his, and then belittle and patronize him as if he is an idiot. Is not the image a restaurant nor any business should present . If I could give 0. I would just for the service. The food is good however, so if you go with your family and friends and don't spend too much time talking with the workers , you will have a good time. Absolutely unbelievable! If you are on DoorDash and UberEATS or Skipthedishes ordering from here Please refrain ! And choose a different Harvey's location! You will be waiting for your order, and the delivery Driver will be treated like dirt for asking them to take care your order, after already having waited a long time. And even when trying to speak respectfully, will be dismissed, gaslighted, met with disrespect and told to leave.

  Je suis un client régulier et je tiens à dire que le service s’est vraiment amélioré comparé à avant. L’équipe est accueillante, professionnelle et attentive, on sent une belle évolution dans la façon de servir les clients. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience et je voulais le souligner. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre excellent travail.

  Je viens manger chez Harvey’s presque tous les jours et je tiens vraiment à souligner à quel point le service s’est énormément amélioré. Le nouveau gérant nous a servis avec une attitude très agréable, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Il a même pris le temps de bien s’assurer de nos allergies, pour moi et mon mari, ce qui est très rassurant. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre excellent travail, ça fait toute la différence

  The staff is welcoming, kind and patient. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. The food is impeccable and they never mess up the orders.

  Les employés sont très bien gentils. Le gérant est très gentil et souriant! Je suis une adepte de Harvey’s depuis toujours, c’est mon fast-food préféré, et dieu sait que j’en ai essayé. Celui-ci a été un des meilleurs burger, si c’est pas le meilleur que j’ai mangé 👌🏻 Chapeau à cette succursale!
