  They are never never never respect the order for example I ordered a spicy poutine and they didn’t even put the spicy sauce and services are really bad and lobby always dirty

  This McDonald’s does not offer a good service. Orders are consistently erroneous. I usually order via the mobile app to avoid being misunderstood and this does not make a difference . You will be handed a completely different order when you reach the drive through , if you requested grilled chicken it will be crispy , if you requested a large fry it will be medium and your happy meal may be missing items . I gave 2 stars as they will try to make things right if you reach out requesting a solution. I go here on a weekly basis as it’s part of my kids after school extracurricular routine . If it weren’t for them, I would have switched restaurants a long time ago .

  Not a good service, they forget always something for the deliveies or even at site. They need an experienced manager.

  J’arrive au service à l’auto, ça prend 5min prendre la commande ( personne nous dit "un instant" ) rendu à la fenêtre , Les employés comprennent à peine le français , même les gérant sur le plancher en plus de ça , on se trompe sur ma commande. Bref dernière fois que je vais à ce mcdo .
