Two times in a row, the food was undercooked and had barely any sauce. When I asked a simple question, the man behind the counter shook his head and responded in a rude manner. The lady working there, however, was very kind and polite.

I ordered pad Thai and instead of Pad Thai noodles in a light sauce, got vermicelli noodles in store bought pad Thai sauce. I've never had such terrible food. You cant see what they are preparing as you can in other Thai Express places I've been to. If I had seen it, I would have refused it. No fresh bean sprouts, no peanuts on top, no green onions on top. Very disappointed never seen such bad food.
