I asked the waiter to change it, but he refused. I told him, “I don’t want it this way,” and he simply replied, “That’s it.” His attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. No matter how many times I asked for his name, he refused to give it. It’s a shame to see such behavior from someone in customer service.
