  I went there with my family for the $5 for kids special during the spring break and before that I called to ask about the modalities of bringing my family over. She told me that it’s happening until 9pm so we arrived around 6:30pm only to find out that there is no space for me and my family of 6. First of all the lady at reception didn’t know about any special, but also she claimed there was no space for us. So she told me that there is only space for reservations and since I didn’t do any, there was no space for me. Seriously! Like it was too hard for her to tell me over the phone that I needed to make a reservation? Just imagine carrying a family of 6 including a toddler, after telling them they we are going to eat out, only to have to turn around because there is no space. We are going somewhere else and I don’t think I will come back there. Very poor service I would say!

  We often order St-Hubert with the kids but this time was horrible. Ordered on a Thursday. Delivery on the app said 45 minutes. After 1h15 minutes I called customer service because it said our order was on the way for the last 30 minutes (we are 10 mins away from the restaurant). They apologized but said they were short on delivery people and that they would be at our place in the next 10 minutes. No offer to credit anything. We received our order 1h45 after we placed it. The delivery guy almost gave me the wrong order and in the end, food was super cold. Very disappointed they did not warn us of delays and then did not offer any compensation for extra long wait. I will think again next time I wish to order from there.

  I ordered a pitcher of a mixed drink. The old lady put so much ice in the pitcher and glass that I probably would have gotten more in a single glass. What a rip off. Avoid this place

  I haven't had St-hubert in many years and decided to give it another try. This time for delivery. PROS - Super easy ordering through their website, but a little disappointed they have a driver tracker like Uber or DDash - Chicken was VERY tender and nice rotisserie skin - Very nice coleslawe - Sauce is a classic. Salty yes but that's the way it's made. CONS - This is where they lost the 2 points - Delivery took forever. I ordered at 4:15PM on a Saturday. It should not have taken over an hour. - Because of the lateness of the delivery, the food was LUKEWARM! Overall a mixed bad, but disappointed. Next time I will pick up.

  I really like this restaurant however, the last time I was there, I asked them to flip over the chicken leg in the box that I was taking for takeout because it was skin down. So the girl gives it to the one of the boys in the back, he uses his bare hands to flip my chicken over and they walk back and give me the box. I asked for another piece. So then my box was given to another Employee in the back, not the one who touched my chicken with his hands, and this employee took a fresh new piece from a metal pan using tongs. That is the way it should be done. Using tongs and not bare hands. Otherwise it’s just disgusting and I have no clue where his hands have been. I sent an email to customer service and they are actually defending the use Of this employee using his hands to flip my chicken over.
