  It’s the second time I eat here and both times I was extremely disappointed. The first time I did take out the chicken was so stale and felt it was sitting out for 2 hours. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered take out again and it’s worse than the 1st time. The bread was burnt and so stale and dry, I felt like I was biting into a rock. And not to mentioned the chicken being burnt and dry. I couldn’t even finish it and threw it in the garbage, biggest waste of money!! Avoid this place at all costs!!

  Nous avons été servi par Nick et il était INCROYABLE. Nous sommes arrivés 30 minutes avant la fermeture et malgré le fait que nous étions les derniers clients au resto il ne nous a pas pressé. Sont service était sans faute et il était très chaleureux. Merci Nick!

  Came to counter to order dinner for take out tonight, my second order was club sandwich with mayo inside the bread. Took my order home, only to find there was no mayo on the bread! Have asked for mayo inside the sandwich other times and it was applied. This time, I had to tear apart the sandwich to put the mayo on it, which makes the sandwich sloppy. I was very disappointed that I asked to have mayo on my sandwich and it wasn't done. The cashier always says yes to the request, yet the staff making the food, do not seem to respond to the request, when at the time, the lobby was not busy. I should not have to check the sandwich each time, to check if the sandwich was done properly, while releasing the air to hot fries, therefore making them cold.

  " Feel free to waste your money anywhere else, but do not spend it here " Today we visited this place and we have never had such an unpleasant experience in any restaurant or fast food before The behaviour of the waitstaff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unacceptable They were very cold and clearly did not care whether customers were there or not I honestly suggest either shutting this place down entirely or replacing the tired and unmotivated staff with younger people who actually want to work Do not force employees to work close to New Year if they are dealing with personal or mental issues and then take it out on customers My experience tells me the problem comes from the top, from management, and flows down to the staff Otherwise, with so many negative reviews about the awful behaviour of employees, something positive should have happened by now

  Disappointed! Dec 30, 2025 around 3:00 PM. This was our first and last visit to this restaurant, and the service was completely unacceptable. The server came to our table with No greeting, No smile, and No sign of basic hospitality. Her cold and distant attitude made us feel rushed and unwelcome from the very beginning. Very uncomfortable environment! While the lady at the entrance, who appeared to handle take-out orders, was friendly and polite, it did not make up for the overall poor experience inside! We chose to leave before even placing an order! Management must address this issue immediately. Instead of just giving unhappy customers an email to complain, they need to take real action to address these numerous negative reviews!!
