  This store messed up my Uber order. I then drove to the store and the manager refused to help or even remake the order her staff made all while laughing saying it's not their problem. That's roberry as I never ate it. Bottom line, this is the worst restaurant location to go to and I don't advise it. Never ordering from there again. That manager should be ashamed of her actions all while laughing. Yes I did contact uber and they did nothing as it's the restaurants fault. If your the owner, check your rude staff as they messed up and refuse to do anything laughing. I even told the manager that I would write a review and their answer was OK we don't care so don't expect me to take this down after I lost 20$ in your store today. It's bad business and for all I know the manager could be you, now claiming your the owner.

  The amount of the meat in the sandwich almost half what should be by subway regulation rolls i used to eat at this place every week not eny more i don't like the people when they try to cheat to make some extra money and the old man at the counter he try to be funny and make juke instead you need to be honest and it's not just me how complain about see other review its looks like his business not doing well trying to cut corners stay away there's many subway in Kirkland
