El pollo es bueno. Similar al de Estados Unidos. Las piezas son mas pequeñas, pero el sabor original.
No sirven el famoso pan (biscuit) que me gusta mucho; quizá aqui no gusta a los canadienses. Las papas fritas son menos aderesadas qué en USA por lo que me gustaron mas.

Very bad. The chicken is not fully cooked, it has a rancid smell, and it is soaked in oil. This is strange when compared to other countries such as the European Union, Middle Eastern countries, and even Russia, where there is a clear and significant difference in taste and quality. I am sure they can easily improve the quality, but it is unclear and unacceptable why the standard is so low.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on the app for a plant based meal on Oct 27. I drove all the way here to find out that they didn’t have any in stock. I put my name down for a refund because apparently they couldn’t do it right there and then. Fast forward to over a month later and 3 phone calls, still no refund. I went in person and spoke to the “manager” Avneet. She told me again the same script of “it’ll be there in a week.” I asked her for head office’s number and was told they didn’t have it. Asked what would happen if a customer had an emergency in the restaurant and want to file a complain, who would they call: she said 911. I asked her who owns the franchise and she said she didn’t know. I told her how ridiculous it was that she didnt have head office’s number and she also didn’t know the owner’s name. On my way out, I heard her saying I was no longer getting the refund.
Who hired this fool? Avneet and owners, I hope you’re reading this.
