I asked to remove the buffalo sauce just to have it with the chicken. Cashier didn't ask if it was the poutine buffalo or the sandwich and asked if I want fries with it.. I said I want the poutine buffalo without the spicy sauce. He asked if I want the sandwich. I had to say buffalo poutine again. Then he started to argument about how saying "buffalo" is also refering to the sandwich. I agreed with him that I didn't specify poutine and apologized. He then proceeds to ask my friend if what he is saying makes sense for the sake of winning the argument when I finished the order.. He calls his coworkers with "buffalo without buffalo" with a manner to make it look like a dumb order. Funny how his coworkers understood it was a poutine without him specifying.. In short, a whole lot of crap just to take a poutine with chiken without the spicy sauce. If you like debates on a friday night, go there. You will like it!

- EEEricNov 22, 20251.0A couple weeks ago, I went to this establishment for my beloved fav fast food hamburger. I’m a huge fan of Harvey’s. For the first time, I saw them take the meat, precooked from a tray and slapped it on a bun. This was during lunch time. I garnished my burger and went back to the car. All to return and ask why the meat was so dry, it was horrible. The nice older lady agreed and made me a second one, which again was the same I ate less than half and threw it out. Wake up! You’re not McDonald’s and you’ll lose people like me as a customer. I’m never going back to this location!
