  I had given up on Harvey's years ago as the food had gone downhill (Had never tried this location) Well due to wanting to eat Canadian, we decided to give this location a try as it always seems busy and we are so glad we did. The serving staff is exceptional, polite, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, and seems well kept up. I have now tried the regular burger, the Angus, the Cispy chicken sandwich and the hot dog. The regular burger is just ok (too many fillers) the Angus is much better. The chicken sandwich was good, albeit the pc of chicken was quite small. The Hot dogs are hands down the best anywhere. All in all, the food is good, the place is spotless, and the staff is awesome. We'll be back to this location.

  Le meilleur hot-dog (avec saucisse jumbo) provenant d’une chaîne de restauration rapide!(et il n’y en a pas beaucoup dans la région qui vendent des hot-dogs!)

  Les nourritures sont exquises, avec une excellente équipe pour servir au comptoir tout ceci dans une atmosphère conviviale aéré, calme, détendue🥰!! Vraiment je vous recommande vivement!

  Nous sommes allés dîner ce midi chez Harvey’s et la superviseur Dolly qui était à la caisse, nous a reçu très chaleureusement. De plus, la nourriture était excellente et le service rapide. Mon épouse et moi avons passé un moment très agréable à ce restaurant.

  J’ai récemment visité ce Harvey’s et mon expérience a été décevante. Pendant ma visite, j’ai vu des employés en pause passer de la nourriture et des collations par-dessus le comptoir à des employés qui étaient en train de travailler. Honnêtement, ça m’a semblé très peu professionnel et pas conforme aux standards qu’on s’attend d’un restaurant. J’ai aussi eu de la difficulté à communiquer. Au Canada, avec deux langues officielles, il est raisonnable de s’attendre à pouvoir être servi correctement dans au moins une des deux langues. Une communication claire fait partie du service de base. En plus, j’ai eu un problème avec l’utilisation de mes points Scene+. Selon la politique officielle de Scene+ et le partenariat avec Harvey’s, 500 points Scene+ donnent droit à 5 $ de rabais. Cependant, on m’a dit que seulement des tranches de 1 000 points pouvaient être utilisées à cet établissement, et je n’ai pas pu utiliser 500 points. Ça ne correspond pas à la politique officielle et c’est frustrant comme client. Dans l’ensemble, le professionnalisme, le service et le respect des politiques de récompenses n’étaient pas au rendez-vous. J’espère que la direction prendra ces points au sérieux. I recently visited this Harvey’s location and had a disappointing experience. During my visit, I witnessed employees on break handing food and snacks over the counter to staff who were actively working. Watching food being passed back and forth like that felt unprofessional and not in line with what I’d expect from a restaurant environment. I also had difficulty communicating clearly. In Canada, where we have two official languages, customers should reasonably expect staff to be able to assist in at least one of them effectively. Clear communication is basic customer service. Additionally, I ran into issues redeeming my Scene+ points. According to Scene+ and Harvey’s partnership policy, 500 Scene+ points should equal $5 off an order. However, I was told that only 1,000-point increments could be used at this location, and I was unable to redeem 500 points. That does not align with the official policy and was frustrating as a customer. Overall, the professionalism, communication, and rewards redemption experience did not meet expectations. I hope management reviews these concerns and ensures policies and service standards are properly followed.
