Je suis un adepte des repas rapides chez Subway, mais là… c’est le pire que j’aie vu. 55 $ pour deux, dont 17,50 $ pour un 12 pouces et 4,25 $ pour un “repas frais-écono”… pour ça, on s’attend à un minimum de propreté, d’accueil et d’organisation. Rien de tout ça ici. * Aucun bonjour, aucun sourire, service froid et expéditif * Toilettes sales, tables pas nettoyées * Menus affichés non disponibles : deux choix “soupe”… aucune en stock * Un employé fait le strict minimum (pain + viande) et passe le reste à sa collègue * Heureusement, une seule jeune employée souriante s’est occupée à elle seule de la garniture, la facturation, le ménage, le rush... Pendant ce temps : * Le troisième employé en pause pendant le coup de rush * Il revient sans avoir retirer son tablier et va directement au comptoir sans se laver les mains * Aucun sens des priorités : ligne pleine, et personne ne vient aider 🔥 Ce n’est pas une équipe mal formée, c’est une équipe laissée à elle-même, sans aucune direction ni supervision. Aucune structure, aucune gestion, aucun encadrement. Ça se voit, ça se ressent, et ça se paie — littéralement. 🛑 Ce n’est pas une question d’âge ou de motivation des employés, mais d’un GROS manquement du gestionnaire. Première et dernière fois ici. Subway devrait vraiment revoir qui gère cette succursale.
