Malgré des indications claires et précises de ma part, le service fourni ne correspond pas à ce qui avait été demandé. En tant que client, je considère que L"ECOUTE et le respect des attentes sont les fondements essentiels d’une relation de confiance. Dans ce cas, mes demandes n’ont manifestement pas été prises en compte, ce qui est regrettable. Écouter un client, ce n’est pas seulement entendre des mots, c’est comprendre et respecter ce qu’il demande. Dans mon cas, j’ai pris le temps d’expliquer clairement ma commande, mais vous avez agi comme si mes paroles étaient du bruit de fond. Alors je vous le dis franchement : lavez vos oreilles et apprenez à écouter. Le respect du client passe par là. Sans écoute, il n’y a pas de service de qualité. Je m’attends à ce que mes demandes soient considérées avec sérieux et que la situation soit corrigée rapidement.
