  Just awful! Came here for the first time with my husband and got a signature veggie goddess rice bowl. The worker plopped my tomatoes down on the dirty counter to cut them instead of putting them on a piece of paper instead. Then when she asked me if I wanted anything else at the end, I said “just the avacado” and she tells me it’s an extra charge, except it’s not. It’s included in the signature veggie goddess rice bowl, it says so right on the Subway website. She went and got the manager and the manager came out with Google search pulled up on her phone to show that rice bowls don’t come with avacado, yeah the regular ones don’t but I didn’t order a regular rice bowl. Learn the restaurant policies. Also, nobody here seems to speak English so don’t bother trying to complain.

  They denied me access with my service dog. They didn’t ask to see medical note, and my dog was wearing a vest… Didn’t offer me alternative service,. Unfortunately I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for police to show up which is protocol when your denied service, so I left. But Staff are EXTREMELY RUDE to English speaking customers, unprofessional and clearly don’t know laws. 😬😬 won’t be going back there again.

  La fille au cheveux en "dreads" avait pas l'air là pentoute. Elle portait si peu attention à quoi qu'elle faisait, elle s'est trompé entre ma sandwhich et celui du gars avant moi. Gros manque de professionalisme au travail (4 Juin 2025 16h45)
