The employee named Marie Kotango was quite rude to her because she did not speak French. This type of manner should not be tolerated by anyone who speaks other languages. The owner/supervisor should be aware of this unprofesional behaviour.

Maybe treat your customers with decency and respect and you won’t get bad reviews. If you’re so miserable working at Subway, find another job, and for everyone’s sake preferably not in customer service. Also, I wonder where the manager is? The other day I made an order online. I arrived to pick up my order and they told me they had cancelled it. They told me I had to wait 3-4 days to get my refund which seemed odd to me. I don’t see why you cancel my order it’s not my fault you guys didn’t have the necessary ingredients to do my order. At least call or email me that you have cancelled it prior to me driving all the way to the Subway and wasting my time. I then placed a new order and the food quality was not up to my standards whatsoever. Avoid this subway at all costs.
