Manque d’items, mauvaises commandes, rien ne suit, et on dirait que ça dérange personne là-bas. Je n’ai pas les chiffres, mais si quelqu’un me disait que la moitié des commandes sont ratées, je serais même pas surpris. On sait très bien comment ils peuvent se permettre d’être aussi mal organisés : c’est parce que les gens continuent d’y aller. Tant qu’on accepte ce service-là, rien ne va changer. Honnêtement, il faudrait juste arrêter d’y mettre les pieds — même pas pour un café
