Skip number#721296558 placed last night made me and my boyfriend sick since early morning, I was given the junior chicken for free as a thank you for spending 15$+, probably because they couldn’t sell it and had been sitting for awhile, buyers beware! Also, skip never refunded our order because “I didn’t have a photo of the foods issue” like sorry, we didn’t think anything was wrong with the food until it started coming back up 🤣
Also to add- I agree the wait times here are sometimes ridiculous, I’ve been here many times, I understand they can be busy so I never faulted them for that, but after this, I don’t think I will be coming back:/

I went there on October 5, 2025 – around 7:00 PM
The service at this location was extremely slow, it took about 30 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order through the app for table service, but instead of delivering it to my table as expected, they called my number for pickup.
My order was also incomplete, the Apple Pie was missing. When I mentioned it, I was told it was sold out (which I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t asked). They offered a muffin as a replacement, but it was clearly old, cold, and hard to eat. It didn’t taste good, and I ended up throwing it away.
Additionally, I requested extra lettuce and pickles on my burger, but the order arrived without the extras.
Overall, the experience was a complete mess. There didn’t appear to be any supervisor on duty, and I noticed other customers also complaining about their food. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
