C’est dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, l’expérience serait beaucoup plus agréable pour les familles.

The person in front of me got their order taken, same for the other side. Then they stopped. For over 7 min no one took our order. I waited patiently. People behind me drove back to get out of the drive-thru and left. People were mad. I was too. At 2306 still the first one to order, I just drove off without ordering since no one was taking my order. This is unacceptable. I had been in Europe to the worst McDonald ever but this is close to it.
