The employee couldn’t understand me for some reason and she replied « ´mam, I can’t help you if you don’t give me your name » which I replied « my name is Larissa » and then she walk away?!?!?!???!!!!?!!!!!??!!!! Completely ignoring me. Another employee came in and understood my name right away; my order was not yet ready so I’ve asked extra tomatoes in my burger and went to the bathroom. Came back to pick up my order; went to my car, drove off. There was ONE tomato slice in the burger and SO MUCH salt I couldn’t eat it. I was in a hurry and had to stop somewhere else on my way to buy more food. I lost time and money; would not recommend

Je commande régulièrement le trio pour enfant à 5.39 avec fromage, il m’arrive aussi de commande celui au poulet à 5.50$. Pour autant, lorsque je demande celui-ci, le prix affiché pour le montant monte à 9$ après taxe, ce qui est bien au dessus du prix affiché. Il me semble beaucoup plus facile de commander sur l’application car il y a exactitude des prix, ce qui n’est pas le cas en personne malgré le prix affiché. De plus, je suis automatiquement chargé pour une moyenne boisson, qui est un extra alors que sur l’application, la boisson pour enfant existe, un employé m’a averti que les boissons pour enfant n’existait pas, c’est similaire pour la frite. Je n’ai pas ce problème dans les autres Harvey’s, que celui sur Greber. C’est relativement frustrant à ce niveau. Une plainte sera déposé à l’office de la protection du consommateur, et au besoin, à la MAPAQ pour non-respect de l’exactitude des prix, ce qui est illégal.
