Hello , me and my wife are very upset , we understand that not all franchises are the same but you should make certain things mandatory for all the locations , 85 th anniversary at this location , they even had a display in front of cash to say 85th year but no deals at all , we were going for 2 blizzards at 85c and were told that the manager decided not too have the deal at their location , to me you should remove them as a franchise , something important like 85th year anniversary and they would not be here without you and they chose to do nothing with the anniversary , too me that is mean and selfish and clearly the manager there doesn't care about their customers , so now we need to go to ottawa if we want to get the special depending if they also chose not to participate in the deal, you should make certain deals like this one mandatory if they want to keep their dairy queen name , 85 anniversary should be for all the dairy queen in the world not just for some of them , so we didn't buy anything and left , we are pissed ..
