  if i could give this place a zero star i would. im actually typing this as i am in the drive threw, ive heen here 25 minutes but i cant leave because someones behind me. a spider crawled on me around the 10 min mark and so i yelled, like any normal person would, and a worker instead of taking my order came out to yell at me "we can here you inside dont you know?!" with SUCH attitude, i apologized and explained why i yelled. the food is good when it gets to you but half the time somethings missing. the vibe is off, its always a mess, the workers are super rude and all seem to hate their job.

  Wait times too long, food takes forever to arrive and nobody really cares about your order. If you can, go elsewhere.

  The entire interaction felt less like a service and more like a high pressure sales gauntlet. Before my core request was even addressed, the staff member aggressively pushed secondary upgrades and memberships that I clearly did not need. When I politely declined, their demeanor noticeably shifted to irritation. Visitors come here to fulfill a specific need, not to be treated as a captive audience for relentless upselling.
