    Couldn’t wait to get our pad Thai order! It came, quite late, not to worry! Finally, it was not what we ordered (soups - not to our taste). Have submitted several on line requests for resolution, have called numerous times and we are getting nowhere. Our order was expensive (to us), it doesn’t seem right that Thai express won’t resolve this easily.

    I'm not sure if these reviews are all for the same location because I've been ordering/eating at the Sources location for almost 10 years and never been disappointed. I just ordered the golden crispy noodle with chicken and it was delicious! Still hot in the bag, lots of chicken and as they do from time to time they included a free imperial roll. Some might say it's not much but I appreciate it.

    I would give this place a 0 if I could. The staff were extremely rude and not accommodating at all. I asked multiple questions before ordering, and they didn’t even want to answer them. I specific8ally asked if the first dish I ordered was a soup, and the man assured me it was. I also asked if it was the same coconut soup they had last year, and again he insisted it was. But when I received the food, it was nothing like what I expected. When I asked him about it, he suddenly said he didn’t know what they had last year. When I calmly tried to explain that this wasn’t what I ordered or wanted, he raised his voice at me. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up ordering something else (the General Tao), and even that was disappointing — it was soggy and poorly made. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
