  Pire criss de service que j’ai eu de ma caliss de vie pis j’ai payé 14$ pour un petit criss de blizzard royal pas de chocolat fondant

  J’ai commandé un Blizzard aux Turtles, mais il a été préparé avec de la crème glacée au chocolat, avec un peu de vanille ajouté sur le dessus, ce qui donnait l’impression qu’on tentait de corriger ou cacher l’erreur. Comme je ne pouvais pas revenir, j’ai appelé, mais on m’a affirmé que c’était la recette. On m’a ensuite offert un rabais de 15 % si je repasse. L’attente était également très longue. Déçue du service.

  L’employer présent nous OBLIGE de donner 5 étoiles, sinon comme il nous a dit « je vous donne pas votre commande », Il sait quoi il ne merite meme pas une etoile mais je suis obligé d’en donner une pour dire mon commentaire. Bref aller pas là .

  Today March 19 is free cone day at Dairy Queen we are the location in Delson QC and I am here with my 3 children. I ordered 4 cones dipped which cost 4$ as there was a fee for the dip. The gentleman at the counter most likely the owner was not willing to give me my ones if I didnt leave him and the restaurant a 5 star review. He brought me a QR code to scan for me to review as well as 2 of my cones. I scanned the code and it gave me an error… I showed him the error and he asked for my phone and then googled his location and wanted me to review him before he gave me the other 2 cones. His tone and attitude was very rude and he threatened to not give me my other 2 cones as he himself told me he knew what my review now was going to be. I told him that I had paid him already the fee to dip all 4 cones and he needed to give me my cones or refund me. He proceeded to threaten me by saying he would call the police on me. I have never been to an establishment that forces you to give them a 5 star review on a day that they promote as a free cone day.
