First time was 3 years ago and it was not only a nasty, dirty environment with a huge lack of even the smallest service with the crazy prices for the nasty meals they provide due to the realy bad work they do, but my meal was served cold and not prepared properly, so I left. I went back Thursday the 18th of Sept 2025, and nothing has changed, so the harveys in cowansville has permanently lost me with many others as customers. The true owners should get true hard working employees like myself in there to handle everything properly if they want to stay open with profit like A&W and others.
