  Week days the service is much better and the orders are correct, weekends the staff are not as efficient several times mistakes with the order

  Food. Average. Service. Below average. Atmosphere. Generic and not overly clean. I decided to go through the drive through this time thinking it should be simple. The young lady who served me seemed to be having problems hearing, listening, or understanding both English and French. It was very difficult to convey what I wanted. When it was finally confirmed that all I wanted was an egg McMuffin no meat and just the egg and cheese, she too the order no problem. When I opened the bag I found the sandwich sloppily packaged. I was unable to handle the sandwich as I should have and had to reassemble it. Based on what I have read here, assuming accurate and true, it’s clear this is not a corporate store, this is a ftemchisee, training is poor, quality control barely exists, no employee oversights, employee do not care so there are some issues with the team, hiring may also be an issue here. I would not order here for lack of confidence that staff are doing things in a safe clean manner as they clearly do not care. As for my service issue, I think that if there’s a tech issue with the equipment something should be done. If this is an HR or an individual issue then something needs to be done as I was seconds from just driving away being so frustrated. I will not return.

  Je suis passé commander samedi soir dernier et honnetement je me demande si je vais pas faire une plainte au mapaq. L'employé a la caisse et au drive jouais avec sa chaine dans la bouche. 6 petit mcpuff une cafe glacé et un temps d'attente tres long (5 a 10 min) l'employé qui m'a servis faisait de son mieux mais bon. Un autre employé avec des lunettes de soleil sur la tete ca ressemblait us a une garderie. Ah et l'employé en cuisine avec un ecouteur à l'oreille.

  This is not the first time that my order from the drive-thru has been incorrect or missing an item. I never commented before, thinking it was just a mistake, but I’m honestly fed up now. My husband specifically asked for an apple pie, and when he got home, it was missing again. It was quite late, so he didn’t bother to check at the window, but when you’re paying for something, employees should make sure the order is complete. Very disappointing experience.
