La raison du monsieur pour l attente, les machines. J'ai connu avant les machines et le problème était déjà existant. Le mauvais agencement de la caisse n y ai pas pour rien. La formation manquante certainement, car on prend le ticket au hasard au comptoir ou lieu de prendre le bon préparé et donc service dans l ordre. Bref, bon Whooper, mais mauvaise organisation.
